REAL ESTATE ALERT: 2 houses just on the market very close to ABR Trails but not trail side. They seem to be priced fairly. E5738 E. Pioneer road $219,000 and 5602 Puumala road $165,000 on 40 acres!

trail report : we groomed about 95 km this morning both Bullies were out and the 2 single track groomers. Skiing has been awesome with good snow and good glide and mild temps! 2 groomers coming in the early am for grooming.

I groomed 15 km last night to get a head start on today’s grooming…..just like my dad used to say ‘if you groom it will snow on your grooming…be patient son”

I woke up to 1-2 inches of new snow and had scheduled 3 groomers on the team. We groomed almost all the combo trails with new classic tracks… full groom team in the am to regroom classics and some more combination trails.

we had a great day of skiing today, the groomers slept in today, conditions were still very good. It snowed about an inch of snow this afternoon. We have 2-3 groomers heading out in the early am to regroom.

we had both the Pisten Bullies out on almost all the combo trails. The single track groomers covered all the single tracks and the trails are skiing very well.. looks like a great week ahead.

Trails skied well today, the temps in the low 20’s with no wind is pretty ideal. Pig Heart groomed up 10 -15 km this morning with the Pisten Bully, the trails were in ‘mint’ condition with all 100 km groomed and open. Full 4 person groom team scheduled for early morning.
