Monday 4 PM

I groomed 15 km at ABR old and then headed to town on the SISU trail with the bigger pisten bully. Trails groomed up well this morning. The temps got up to 40 today and it had cooled down to freezing by 3 pm. Trails are holding up well so far. We are going to close some of the expert and remote trails for the next 2 days. We will still have about 65 km open for skiing. Not sure what we will be grooming with in the early am. Most likely one Pb and 1 or 2 ginzu groomers. Kaartunen house available this weekend for 2-4 nights

Sunday 7 PM

A great day of skiing; we groomed and retracked 88 km of trails this morning with both Pisten Bullies Snow cover is great and classic tracks are full depth and mid winterish. Monday I will run the bigger Bully on the main trails in the early am and touch up.

Saturday Dec 11 4:30 PM

What a super day of grooming and skiing today! Crasher and Pig Heart ran both Pisten Bullies on the wide trails and Wide Track and Patner doubled up on 2 passes for all classic only trails. Skiing was excellent and the 28 degrees and sunshine made for a great day. Skiers were quite pleased today.

Friday 5 PM

What a great day of grooming! It was so fun being out in the bigger PB this morning, Crasher and “Partner” groomed up the Highlands and south, Wide Track took care of all the single Tracks. Wide Track reminded me as we increase trails to close to 100 km of groomed trail…it takes longer to groom them…and we are getting older, not younger! Please encourage the groomers with a thank you as you see them finishing up, remember they/we wake up at 3:30-4:30 AM to groom, and we are 59 to 70 years old.

94 km groomed and well covered, deep tracks, good skis.
