Tuesday 5 pm

The trails skied well today, the sun came out and we warmed up to 8 above!…sun and no wind allowed skiers to venture out to the south and north ends of the trails…warming cabins were warm.

Sunday 7 pm

the new 4 inches groomed up very nicely.  We groomed and Re tracked every inch of trail early this morning so all 75 k were fresh. The 4 warming cabins were all warmed, and skiers had a great day of skiing… the sun helped warm us since it was in the single digits, but above anyway. Lots of young skiers attending the Sisu Endurance Team practice today at 1;30.

Friday 9:30 PM

We received a good 10 inches of dense snow. It is grooming up well.  Both Pisten Bullys were out today one is just finishing the second pass tonight  and both will be back in the early AM along w Wide Track grooming the single track.Tim and Jacey from Duluth had a good ski today.

Trails open for SISU Saturday

lots of calls about what is open for this Saturday with the SISU Ski Fest starting here at ABR Saturday.  We will have 31 k of classic skiing open at 9 am when we open and 7 km of skating. At noon we will have all 75 km open.

my suggestion is : show up to race or volunteer at 9 am or show up a bit later to encourage  and watch racers as you ski the other trails here not being raced on.

Wednesday 8 pm

we picked another 4-6 inches of snow last night. Both Pisten Bully’s have been out we groomed about 55 k today.
