ABR Trails

grooming this morning on the skate lanes on the main trails. There are a few dirty spots from the grooming but the trails are in early season conditions.

We had a great day of skiing today. Skiers were very pleased with the new tracks we set this morning on the classic only trails…I am not sure if you follow Nordic Pulse at 6 AM, but if you watched the red beacon it was me, Pig Heart. It was fun to see the amount of use on the trails. I renovated and pulled new snow in for Partner to tracksetter. Tracks looked pretty darn good. Black Smith groomed the main trails with the 9 footer….tracks are there but a bit glazed. Crasher groomed the Blueberry out to the Highlands including the new designed and easier to groom and ski Ridge Runner.

skiers were pleased with conditions, many skiers from the south purchased the newbie season pass for $100.

we plan to regroom the main trails tomorrow morning, skate lanes

4 groomers out this morning, groomed all the skating except the dog trails. We set track on all the classic only except Sunset. Trails groomed up “mint”!

We had a great morning of grooming followed by a great day of skiing. The highlight of today was the ABR Trails Foundation dedication of the Tamarack Trail to Jessie Diggins.

we had a great day of skiing yesterday. The trails groomed up nicely . Groomers are heading out shortly to regroom . We won’t reset the narrow classic only trails, they looked good last night, a few worn areas and a few thin, especially on wolf tracks and in the cedar swamp on hemlock. We will groom the majority of the wide trails.
