4-6 inches of snow today Oct 22!

We received about 4-6 inches of snow today! It was enough to get the groomers out and test them out but we decided not to groom the trail system. There were too many branches bent over from the heavy wet snow, these will spring back up as the snow melts. The forecast is calling for warmer temps for next week.

Snow today, Oct 10th!

Woke up to white ground, snow  and a NW wind.   Yes, I wanted to break out the groomers, but I had a date with 2 friends from Madison and Chicago to grouse hunt.

Fall Trail Work

Snow is forecast for the weekend.  stay tuned to the new website www.abrski.com

The fall has been really pretty. Colors are in full/post peak. September/October have been the months to take care of any last minute trail changes, get the firewood, get rid of dead fallen trees on the trail and mow the trails low for the October snows that often fall here in Big Snow Country. We are now ready for the white stuff!
